Nabli legal

Terms of Use

These terms set the ground rules for using Nabli and participating in a private neighborhood community.

Effective June 21, 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, requesting access, or using Nabli, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into this agreement.

2. Private community access

Nabli is intended for approved members of participating neighborhood communities. Access may require administrator approval or a valid household invitation. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify a community administrator if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share credentials, invitation codes, or private community information with unauthorized people.

3. Community conduct

You agree not to use Nabli to:

  • harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against, or impersonate others;
  • post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or exploitative content;
  • share another person's private or sensitive information without permission;
  • send spam, unwanted promotions, malware, or deceptive links;
  • interfere with the service, evade access controls, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • scrape, copy, or use community information for unrelated commercial purposes; or
  • use Nabli in a way that creates a safety risk or violates applicable law.

Community administrators may establish additional local rules consistent with these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nabli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies remain in backups, records, or content shared by other members.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Consider the privacy and safety of household members, children, neighbors, and visitors before posting names, photos, contact details, schedules, or location information.

5. Marketplace and neighbor-to-neighbor activity

Nabli may help members offer items, request help, lend tools, or coordinate services. Nabli is not a buyer, seller, employer, contractor, payment processor, insurer, or party to those arrangements. Members are responsible for evaluating listings, people, products, services, pricing, payment, safety, and legal requirements. Use good judgment when meeting or exchanging property.

6. Communications

We may send emails required to operate your account, including authentication, security, approval, and administrative messages. You may also choose categories of community email notifications in your profile. Optional notifications can be changed through those settings, but essential account communications cannot always be disabled while an account remains active.

7. Administration, moderation, and termination

Community administrators may review access requests, manage household assignments, moderate content, and suspend or remove accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, respond to inactivity, or operate the community. We may also remove content or restrict the service when required by law or necessary for security.

You may stop using Nabli at any time and may ask a community administrator to deactivate your account. Provisions that logically should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.

8. Service availability and changes

Nabli may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or that every error will be corrected. Keep independent copies of content you cannot afford to lose.

9. Disclaimers

Nabli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not endorse or guarantee member content, identity, conduct, listings, advice, services, or offline interactions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabli, its administrators, service providers, and developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or opportunities arising from the service or member interactions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as Nabli evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept them. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions about these terms should be directed to the Nabli administrator who approved or invited you.
